AZEA Design Studio Digital Privilege Cards — legal document. The following terms are mandatory for card purchase and use. The official Azerbaijani version is binding.

The card is valid only for the interior design service provided by AZEA Design Studio. The discount applies only to the design service fee and does not apply to construction, renovation, materials, furniture production, author supervision, engineering, execution costs, government fees, third-party contractor services or any other additional services.

Cards are valid only in digital form. A paper coupon, screenshot, verbal agreement or WhatsApp message does not make the card valid. Official validity is determined solely by the system status.

A customer must register officially and verify their mobile/WhatsApp number via OTP in order to obtain a card. This verification protects the customer account, identifies the cardholder and binds the digital service right to the correct person.

The use count indicates how many separate AZEA Design Studio interior design service orders the discount right may be used on. Each use applies to a single, separate design project. Multiple uses cannot be stacked on the same project. Uses cannot be combined with other campaigns, accumulated or converted to cash.

The card grants discount rights only within the area limit calculated at purchase. For projects with a larger area, the additional area is billed separately.

A use right cannot be partially consumed. Once a use right has been applied to a specific project, that use is considered fully consumed and any unused difference is not refunded as cash, transferred as a bonus, or carried to the next project.

The card discount applies only to the AZEA Design Studio interior design service fee. Any additional service, additional area, revision, author supervision, materials, furniture, construction, engineering, transport, travel or third-party service requires separate payment. These additional services are not included in the card price and are quoted separately.

The card is valid for 6 months from the activation date. This period can be changed via the admin panel.

Because the card is a digital discount right, it is not refundable once activated or delivered to the customer. Technical errors, miscalculations or cases where AZEA Design Studio cannot deliver the service are reviewed individually.

The calculator provides an initial estimate only. The final price is formalised after project analysis and AZEA Design Studio approval.
